A friend introduced this restaurant to me, hoping that i will like their chinese soup. I find that there is too much msg in it and i still prefer the soups that my mum boiled for hours at home.But this Samsui Ginger Chicken definitely aroused my tastebuds. Its so good that i asked her to order another plate for herself and i will finish for her if she is unable to. But this Samsui Ginger Chicken definitely aroused my tastebuds. Its so good that i asked her to order another plate for herself and i will finish for her if she is unable to. The chicken is cold, and when dipped into the ginger with the cucumber wrapped in the cabbage, its a taste of heaven. The concept is the same as the Koreans where they wrapped their BBQ meat in the lettuce.
This is the only dish i will order whenever i am at the soup restaurant, and my friend will order her usual soup.
