There are many new eateries at the new wing of Plaza Singapura and one of them is Hoshino Coffee, which never fails to have a long queue each time! As we had plenty of time to spare, we decided to share a dessert here. We join in the queue and got a seat after about 15 minutes. We ordered a Matcha Parfait which tasted quite average. The green tea flavour in the soft serve ice-cream was not strong and I guess it is because of the various other ingredients mixed together. Some of them include the matcha jelly cubes, red bean, biscuit, etc. Most definitely I will visit here again to try their Signature Pancake Souffle Style with Matcha and Ogura Bean Paste, Hand-drip Coffee and Fuwa-Fuwa Hoshino Soufflé!
