The Subway outlet at Singapore Polytechnic (SP) is located at Food Court 5 which is one of the two air-conditioned food courts in SP. The Subway outlet in SP generally sells its food items at a lower price. I purchase my 6-inch toasted chicken sub for $4.50 whereas I'd have to pay $5.50 in other outlets. Although it has a lower price, the quality level does not decrease. The sub I had was just as good as other Subway outlets, if not, better. The chicken was very juicy and the bread was toasted for the just-right amount of time, resulting in nice melted cheese that moisten the bread. I topped up my sub for a small cost of $2.00 to have a cookie and a drink.

I chose double chocolate chip cookies among the many cookies Subway has to offer (Example: Chocolate chip, M&M, Raspberry cheesecake). It tastes slightly different from the cookies other Subway outlets sell. Normally, Subway's cookies are soft and slightly flexible. The cookie I had at SP's Subway had a crunchy outer circumference and the regular soft texture in the inner circumference. It did not taste bad but as a big fan of Subway's cookies, I have to say, it didn't meet up to the normal standard of Subway's cookies.

If you're in SP and have no idea what to eat, Subway will be a good choice. It is cheaper to dine in outlet at SP and its also good value for money considering Subway's subs are not only tasty but also, mostly healthy. Although there was a slight difference in taste of their cookie, the main food item, the sub, did not taste anything less than subs from other outlets. So do give it a try!
