Perhaps there are professional reasons.

Nevertheless, their menu did not change. In fact there are a few new items.
Other than the Chicken rice and Chicken noodle, the Salted Fish Fried Rice and the Braised Hokkien Noodle (without pork) are our favourite dishes. The Baby Kailan with garlic is another must-have.

The Salted Fish Fried Rice (as the name implies) contains generous amounts of sliced salted fish, tiny prawns, egg and vegetables. Every mouthful is full of flavour and great taste. The Braised Hokkien Noodle contains a generous amount of seafood such as sliced fish, prawn and squid. The Baby Kailan with garlic complements the other two dishes well. In fact it goes well with most of the other dishes, be it the rice or noodle dishes, even the Chicken Rice.

The prices are a little steep, but the portions are slightly above average, so it is ok to come here once in a fortnight or a month. Perhaps the prices could be readjusted or the portions could be made slightly bigger .
