Decided to try this stall’s bakchor mee, at a cheap price of $3, the portion was surprisingly a lot. The noodles was springy and chewy but has a starchy after taste on its own. But the experience changes positively when you eat it together with a spoonful of the tasty minced pork soup.
Firm textured exterior yet tender on the inside is the porkballs.
Wanton looked a little weird as its tasty filling was of reasonable portion, but looked ridiculously small when lifted out of the soup because the skin was so largely folded.
