Sun Moulin was located beside the Japanese Supermart in Isetan at Shaw House. Bought a number of breads but the one that caught my heart most will be the macha turtle, so I am going to review that.

This is the plastic carrier for all the breads I had bought last night.

As I was looking thought the bakery, I found quite a number of turtles on the shelving! It was priced at $3.20 each with a description of Matcha Turtle Bun, wrap in melon dough with sweet custard fillings.

The "turtle shell" was hard and coarse - ha! Seems like the real one. You can find some cracks on the shell but it wasnt too bad, sugar were sprinkled over the shell causing the coarse and rough sensation when you bite it. Since it is hard, one much open the mouth abit wider.
The "limbs" of the turtle are hard at outer but soft at inner. The eyes of the turtle seems uneven on each turtle and some seems to have it lingering/drop off on the bread. Over all, though this is cute but its a wierd combination of castard cream with melon and matcha, the fragrance and sweetness is there but not to my liking.

Service
There were 2 counters and one of the staff shouted across the shop "next customer " which seems loud and rude. For the first time, I wasnt attentive enough to get what she was saying. She shouted again and gave me the impatient look when I turned over to her.

Ambience
They have a different variety of bread apart to those we have in breadtalk, bread history etc. It leaves the customers curious over the new design/type of bread they have. Curious customer like me will want to try and find out the taste of those uncommon breads.

Price
Pricing is abit steep for my melon bread. To think about it, melon is rather expensive, therefore this pricing should be alright.

Recommendation / Tips
I will recommend it crossiant.
