I love Paradise Dynasty for its good food! This is the Yang Zhou Fried Rice ($10.80). It has char siew, prawns, eggs and spring onions. I love Paradise Dynasty's prawns as they are always juicy, succulent and crunchy. Although the rice was fried, it was not oily. This fried rice goes very well with the chili that they provide.
