- Voting starts from 06 May 2013 and ends on 02 June 2013.
- lncomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified
- Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, this contest is not open to employees of Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance Pte Ltd, OpenRice.com and anyone directly connected with the contest. Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance Pte Ltd reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any participants (who would otherwise be eligible) whose account(s) are deemed by Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance Pte Ltd in its absolute discretion to be sub-standard, doubtful, bad or delinquent or not conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner from the contest.
- The draw for the contest will be held on 4 June 2013 at the premises of Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance Pte Ltd or on such other date or at such other venue as may be determined by Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance Pte Ltd.
- Every week there will be 3 x weekly prize winners for a period of 4 weeks, each winner will receive a $100 FairPrice gift voucher (the "Prize"). There will be 12 sets to be won. All prizes will be conducted on a lucky draw basis.
- Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance Pte Ltd reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner
- Each winner will be notified via email of his or her win within 7 working days from the date of the draw.
- The use and redemption of the Prize shall be subject to these terms and conditions and such other conditions that may be imposed by Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance Pte Ltd or the relevant merchant. All Prizes shall be collected at the risk and cost of each winner. Each winner shall accept his or her Prize on an "as-is, where-is" basis. Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Prize. Notwithstanding anything herein, Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance Pte Ltd shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the Prize by any person.
