Chestnut imparts its sweet flavour to the Volluto Grand Cru. The coffees biscuit notes complement the chestnut, turning this recipe into an indulgent dessert.
1 capsule of Volluto Grand Cru (to produce 40 ml, 1.5 oz of Espresso coffee) 1 teaspoon of hot milk 2 tablespoons of hot milk froth 3 teaspoons of chestnut purée 1 teaspoon of small pieces of candied chestnut
Method
1. Prepare the milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother and set aside 2. Mix the chestnut purée with the hot milk, pour into the Espresso cup and prepare your coffee directly into the mixture 3. Stir, then top the coffee with the milk froth and sprinkle with candied chestnut.
