Just for gourmet coffee-lovers. The Livanto Grand Cru, with fruity, caramelised notes, is enhanced by Chantilly cream with chestnut cream and candied chestnuts... Enough said!
Ingredient and Portion
1 capsule of Livanto Grand Cru
10cl milk
5dl of cream
Chestnut
Chestnut puree
Method
1. Mix the cream with the chestnut pureed until you get a very smooth, Chantilly texture
2. Heat the milk and pour it in a cup
3. Prepare your Espresso coffee on top of on the milk and put the cream on top.
