Fried vegetable dish that children would love.
Ingredient and Portion
1 packet Enoki Mushrooms (200g)
2 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Rice Flour
1 tbsp Custard Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Chicken Seasoning Powder
Dash of Pepper
Method
1. Cut the roots of the enoki mushrooms
2. Wash and drain dry for at least 15 minutes
3. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl
4. Coat the enoki mushrooms, separate mushroom strand by strand
5. Heat oil in HappyCall Pan with medium fire
6. Put coated enoki mushrooms to fry (close HCP, leaving a gap to let moisture escape)
7. Fry for 1 - 2 minutes, till golden brown in colour, remove & put on kitchen papers to absorb any extra oil
8. Dish and serve
