I went to Astons with 2 of my buddies for a mini gathering. We reached there at about 8.45pm. there was a short queue in front of us and we did not expect to wait very long. when we looked into the branch, there were a couple of tables for 2 people available and some were very close to each other. I went to Astons with 2 of my buddies for a mini gathering. We reached there at about 8.45pm. there was a short queue in front of us and we did not expect to wait very long. when we looked into the branch, there were a couple of tables for 2 people available and some were very close to each other. There was enough space for the staff to shift the tables and make space for our group of three, but they were very inflexible and did not take any initiatives. Instead they kept sitting those couples who came very much later than us. And those in groups of 3 and 4 had to wait very long. we waited close to half an hour thanks to their inflexiblity.

Food wise, I ordered their hickory bbq chicken with corn on the cob and coslaw, but due to the long wait, the corn was out of stock and I had to make do with potato salad. The chicken was cooked fine, very tender and juicy. the portion of potato salad and coslaw was a lot as well. But all the waiting really spoilt our appetite! Hope they will look into the staff initiatives and train them to be more flexible in joining tables.
