Inspired by the elegant Queen Marie Antoinette, the Snow Queen ($10/ $55/ $90) from Antoinette is a sight to behold and a lovely treat to dig into. Vanilla cream cheese parfait with exotic fruit cream, raspberry marmalade and milk chocolate are just some of the many ingredients that make up this wintry log cake. Raspberry Pâte de Fruit with Szechuan Pepper infused Mascarpone Mousse Log Cake

Pan Pacific Hotel has created two new enticing log cakes this year - Raspberry Pâte de Fruit with Szechuan Pepper infused Mascarpone Mousse Log Cake ($65 for 1kg) and Crunchy Salted Caramel Parfait Lemon Curd Log Cake ($65 for 1kg).
