First-Ever Seafood Bucket in a Buffet

We don’t know why this hasn’t been done sooner. Singaporeans love their seafood boils – see Dancing Crab, The Cajun Kings and The Boiler – and buffets too. Jumping in to fill that gap, Sakura International Buffet by The Suki Group boosts their value-for-money factor further by offering this bucket treat for a limited time at all outlets. Prepared court-bouillon style, the Seafood in a Bucket arrives in unlimited servings that are good for a party of two to three to pick at each time. Shout “Ahoy!” along with the wait staff, who will then pour out the freshly prepared medley of seafood such as mussels, squids, prawns, clams and the live Boston lobster onto your table. Two dipping sauces, Spicy Saucy and Classic Garlic Herb Butter, come with. The former, a fusion of more than seven chilli sauces (chilli padi included), helps to bring out the seafood’s sweetness while the fragrant and creamy latter, we imagine would be a fast crowd favourite.

Newly revamped outlet at Clementi Woods

In conjunction with its revamp, Sakura International Buffet @ Clementi Woods now boasts three new DIY stations for you to customise your very own Som Tum (Thai papaya salad), Kuai Tiao Neua (Thai beef noodles) and Belgian waffles. Note: Whilst you're there, don't forget to get your hands on their Oyster Omelette and Warm Molten Lava Cake accompanied with a scoop of Belgian Chocolate Häagen-Dazs ice cream.
