P. Bistro Desserts
Following the success of their first outlet at Owen Road, P.Bistro has launched its second outlet at Palais Renaissance. The French bistro-style restaurant focuses on creating simple and quality food for its customers and prides itself on using only premium ingredients. Although P.Bistro boasts a variety of mains and desserts, we recommend skipping the overpriced mains and heading straight for the desserts.
Coconut Pandan Chiffon Cake
Made with organic coconut oil and real pandan leaves, their luscious Coconut Pandan Chiffon Cake ($6.50) is a decadent treat that is truly a marriage of the East & the West. Enveloped by the fresh coconut mousse and topped with desiccated coconut and white chocolate shavings, the flavours of the light chiffon cake are further intensified. This is definitely the star of the desserts.

Mont Blanc, meaning White Mountain, is traditionally made of puréed, sweetened chestnuts topped with whipped cream. Try out the Classic Chocolate Mont Blanc (pictured, $8.50), a painstaking creation that takes the chef a day to make. For citrus lovers, don’t be fooled by the simple appearance of the Passionfruit Tart ($4). The crumbly and buttery tart base is perfect with the tangy passionfruit filling.

If you want the best of both worlds, order the P. Bistro High Tea Set ($25). Great for one to two people, the high tea set comes with five Savouries, five Sweets and coffee or tea.
