Ingredients:
2 Bananas 1/4 Crystal Pineapple (altenative: any pineapple) 1 Passion Fruit, medium-sized (alternative: 4 fresh strawberries) 1/2 cup of Endives (alternative: Romaine lettuce) 1 cup of Red Spinach (alternative: any leafy greens) Fresh Filtered Water
Steps:

1. Wash and prepare the fruits. Set them aside.

2. Prepare the blender. Note: the recommended blender to use should have 3 horse powers. If you are using the conventional blender, it’s advisable to cut your fruits into smaller bits.

3. Put all the fruits and then add water. If you’re just making a smoothie for yourself, put 1 cup of water in the blender. If you’re making 2 glasses, put 2 ½ cups.

4.After you've put the fruits and water in the blender, you can now put your greens.

5.Blend it for 30 seconds. First 20 seconds should be on high mode, while the remaining 10 should be on low mode already.

6.Pour in a glass and serve.
