Mocha Snowskin Mooncake Coffee-lovers will enjoy the Mocha Snowskin Mooncake made with COVA coffee and milk chocolate. Freshly ground coffee bits add texture, while a combination of rich and creamy Mascarpone cheese as well as hints of Kahlua and Amaretto are luxurious touches. COVA coffee is made up of seven different Arabica blends from the finest plantations in Central America and Brazil, making this a truly premium treat. Naturally, this creation matches perfectly with a good brew of COVA coffee. Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Snowskin Mooncake The Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Snowskin Mooncake boasts an attractive golden-orange hue and a velvety texture. This combination of ingredients was chosen for its blend of earthy flavours and subtle sweetness. Rose and Vanilla Snowskin Mooncake The Rose and Vanilla Snowskin Mooncake is a winning combination of light vanilla sponge cake layered with chocolate and pastry cream and coated with rose-scented snowskin. The harmonious flavours of vanilla and chocolate will go wonderfully with COVA's Royal Blend Tea. Peanut and Chocolate Snowskin Mooncake Beneath the smooth ochre surface of the Peanut and Chocolate Snowskin Mooncake is a rich chocolate sponge cake layered with divine chocolate feuillentine (chocolate cream mixed with cereal) and peanut butter cream with chopped peanuts for that added crunch. This irresistibly moist and dense creation will tickle your taste buds with its flavours and texture. COVA mooncakes are sold in boxes of four flavours at S$38.50+ per box.
