It’s a Laksa Steamboat Buffet Fiesta at Laksania!

When it comes to eating, it is undeniable that most Singaporeans love food and are big fans of buffet. Steamboat buffet has always been very popular in Singapore but how does a Laksa Steamboat Buffet sound to you? Known to serve a variety of laksa-style dishes from traditional to modern laksa-inspired ones, Laksania @ East Coast Road has launched their à la carte Laksa Steamboat Buffet on top of their current menu. We invited a group of OpenRice foodies along to have a laksa feast over dinner so let’s find out more on the sumptuous feast they had!

What a spread of food ranging from seafood, meat and vegetables!

Look at the delectable, mouth-watering spread of dishes ready to dunk into the steamboat that is separated into two compartments filled with both mildly flavoured Chicken broth and richly flavoured homemade Singapore Laska broth. We had a wide range of food from prawns, sliced pork to a whole range of bean curd and vegetables items till our tables were completely filled! Served in side plates, the portions are kept small so to reduce food wastage and also you will be able to fill your stomach with more varieties of food. Openricer SaioSullivan feels that the steamboat buffet is really of good value and the Laksa broth is really tasty while Openricer fneo loves the wide variety of dishes which patrons can choose from.

Calm your tastebuds after the Laksa steamboat with an ice-cold serving of Chendol

Available throughout Mondays to Sundays, the all-you-can-eat Laksa Steamboat is only available at Laksania’s East Coast branch after 6pm. Parents are more than welcome to bring their kids 6 years and below enjoy the steamboat buffet for free! With so much food to pamper your appetite with in luscious Laksa broth, you cannot leave the place without having a serving of ice-cold Chendol (bottom right) to cool your palate down from the spices.
