To define this Goreng Pisang as the raja of all pisangs is an overstatement.Not to say that this fried banana is bad, it lacks the sweetness of typical goreng pisangs.That aside, the crispiness is top notch and it does not fritter that easily as it's not flakey. The goreng pisang was served warm which could have made it fare lesser.
