Decided to have just a rice bowl instead of a bento for lunch instead so I ordered for the Chicken Teriyaki Don. The rice is Japanese rice and while the bowl does seem small, Ichiban Sushi is very generous and the rice bowl was compacted with rice. Extremely filling. The miso soup is relatively sweet and tastes like miso. No worries about it being too bland.
It costs only $9.90 and is very filling for one person. Definitely the better choice as compared to their set meals if you're looking for a one person serving item in Ichiban Sushi.
