This udon soup from Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe is quite big and generous in portion. The udon in the soup is quite chewy and thick. Would be much better if more sliced chinese mushrooms and cut vegetables are added to it. The soup base is quite thick and have that nice braised meat taste in it. The Braised meat in this dish is quite tender and juicy, think the chef has cooked this braised meat for quite a few hours. The Braised meat in this dish is quite tender and juicy, think the chef has cooked this braised meat for quite a few hours. The milk tea and other beverages are just alright, which is not really comparable with this udon soup's standard. Would love to try their other soup dishes during my future visits soon.
