Brought a plate of the mixed vegetable rice for lunch which includes the hong shao chicken, bitter ground and the sliced potato. Firstly, the hong shao chicken is well seasoned, nice hong shao flavour, well cooked as the chicken has a soft and tender texture. As for the bitter ground, it is equally sliced, has the same thickness, sufficiently cooked, soft texture and it's not too bitter in taste.
