This is the first time I tried this vietnamese kuey teow, not bad, different taste from the chinese cooked kuey teow. It has a few type of herbs inside the soup that give the special taste of it. The beef balls were special but a bit salty for me because too much soy sauce inside. I do not like the vegetables they put inside, it spoilt the taste of the soup. Anyway, it was worth trying but I still prefer chinese kuey teow...
