Delicious Claypot at Night

Being the only stall at night at this HDB Coffeeshop, the place is usually patronised by the residents in this cluster of flats. Recently there seems to be a change in chef helming the kitchen. My visit last night confirmed it. Ordered claypot hor fun for $5 and was delighted with the new ingredients offered. Broccoli! That’s nice, something you see often for claypot noodles option. And it’s not the case of just broccoli, you still get your cabbage and carrots. The gravy given was a lot more now

My visit last night confirmed it. Ordered claypot hor fun for $5 and was delighted with the new ingredients offered. Broccoli! That’s nice, something you see often for claypot noodles option. And it’s not the case of just broccoli, you still get your cabbage and carrots. The gravy given was a lot more now and it’s just right, not too starchy like before. Overall, I was very satisfied with the order tonight, hopefully they will maintain this standard. One suggestion I would give is, to add in roasted meat 烧肉 to it and, of course, more yam as well
