So what so special about the ramen? Well, the difference I feel lies in their broth and noodles.Hakata ramen is cooked using tonkotsu (pork bone) which usually is the usual cloudy white broth. The broth is super rich in collagen( you can taste it!) The noodles are very thin and straight (something like marutama ramen).I took the original version but I find the taste is too bland for me.Prefer the garlic burnt ramen as the taste is stronger and the soup is nicerOverallFood : **3/4Customer service

The noodles is similiar to marutama ramen (very thin) and the soup is quite nice actually. However, i prefer the garlic burn as it has stronger taste. the egg is a little too salty for me.

Will I come again? Maybe if I have ramen cravings and around the corner.
