Just Acia

This is my uncountable time eating at Just Acia. I just loved the prices, the food, the environment (free seating) & especially free flow ice-cream and drinks.
All sets comes with free flow drinks & ice-cream. There are the usual soft drinks, tea, coffee, more unusual are root beer, green tea sachets, hot chocolate, peach tea, lime juice & home-made milk tea.
The veriety of ice-cream changes slightly day to day. But most of the time, there are chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, coffee & vanilla. Sometimes, you can see mint, cookies & cream as well as coconut ice cream.Chicken Cutlet set
Very tender & juicy insides. You can see the juice on the meat. There are 2 strips of chicken instead of one! Fried Salmon set
I feel that it is overly fried and the fish loses most of it's rich omega-3 oil.

Overall, I would still enjoy dining at this outlet as the staffs are very friendly & they won't bother you too much.

This place is known for noodle and rice sets with free flowing drinks and ice-cream. You have to write your order on the order form and bring it to the cashier to pay for it. OMG! The order given to us has a number of pre ticks on the form. Lucky the cashier got double check with us.We given a set of cup and bowl for drink and ice-cream for each set we order.Quite a range of drinks to select from. From hot to cold.Dory Fish In Ginger Sauce Set ($7.40)
Dory Fish broiled in Ginger Sauce till nice and tender with all the natural fragrance of the sauce soaked into this creamy succulent Dory. This is then served on a bed of greens with ample sauce draped over plate to tantalize taste buds.
To me, the fish do not taste fresh. It is rather hard and dry in texture.Seasonal Greens + Spinach Tofu Set ($9.50)
The spinach tofu uses spinach that's been specially picked, minced and sun-dried, and laid on the tofu made from scratch with the freshest soya bean milk. Together they are deep fried till its skin is crispy and golden brown, but soft on the inside.Herbal Chicken + Prawn Roll Set ($15.20)
The soup is very flavourful and Mom can smell it from far. The prawn roll is juicy and crunchy, which goes very well with the sweet brown sauce.

The staff are too hardworking. One of them just take away a bowl with chicken soup without asking which Mom still wants to drink. OMG! We are all too stunned to say anything.We end the meal with free-flow of soft serve (vanilla and chocolate flavour), and different flavours of ice-cream.

Saw this restaurant at Sembawang Shopping Centre and was amazed by the crowd. Decided to give it a try. This restaurant offers quite a range of cuisines ranging from local to korean ( like what you can find in a typical food court.
Ordered their korean BBQ Spicy Chicken set and Korean BBQ Beef Set. Each set comes with a plate of BBQ meat , a bowl of soup, white rice and some kimchi. The taste was quite normal and the most disappointing part is that the meat was not sizzling hot like what you could get in a food court korean BBQ stall. It was just slightly warm.

Overall , you could get better ones in food court.

Costs only $8.80. Ordered the fried dory fish with cheese n mayo. Taste was overall bt a very worth it meal as it comes along with free flow of drink and ice cream. Different choices of ice cream n drinks. The customer service was great but somehow they seems eager to keep our plates when we are still enjoying our drinks n ice cream.

Didnt know what to eat at sembawang shopping centre so my friend suggested this place, which is just acia. Dinner at Just Acia, the place with free flow drinks and ice creammmm! This place is quite big as it has indoor and outdoor seatings. As it was a saturday evening the place was really packed! We were lucky to be able to get a table without queueing but towards the later part of the evening there were people who had to queue.

This restaurant sells all kinds of asia cruisines that are very affordable and taste descently alright. First time tried their teriyaki chicken cutlet set. The chicken meat is tender but not much taste of the teriyaki sauce Love their preserved spicy cabbage which is very appetitizing and not too spicy. The rice is the usual fragrant japanese rice but the portion is quite generous. Really filling and satisfying!

My first time trying the outlet at Sembawang and was equally impressed with the service standard and the quality of their food. For bargain hunter, this place is a great choice as they offer free flow of hot and cold beverages and wide ranges of ice cream when you order most of their main courses in their food menu. Tried their Teriyaki sauce salmon which the salmon is quite soft and juicy and with no fishy smell in it. The taste is not bad and goes well with their fragrant japanese rice.

Went to Daiso at SSC. Was hungry and settled down at Just Acia. The customer service over there was well-mannered with patience. The male who serve us has good patience to introduce us their menus and he always carry a smile on his face. This is a bonus as we are better influenced to dine there and enjoy the food.

The price is considered cheap as there are free flow cappuccino, soft drinks and ice cream over there if bought their set meals.

You will be given the menu and menu list for you to order your food. After writing down the different set you want, you proceed to the counter with the menu list and pay first. I ordered the fish and chip set meal @ S$6.30. It was a little disappointment. It is because the fish is not as crispy as I thought it will be. The fries was also over-easy which means it's not crispy either. But however one thing that is commendable is that the fish and chip ain't oily at all. Maybe the chef helped us to drip the oil fully before served to us which explains the non-crisp fish and chips. Overall, it is alright. My mom ordered the Chicken Cutlet Rice Set @ S$6.30. The soup didn't look tasty so we didn't bother to taste it. However, the kimchi was well marinated. The chicken cutlet was also very crispy. The portion is also quite big for a S$6.30 meal as you can see from the chicken's size. The Chocolate and Vanilla ice was also good. It is more to the flavor to chocolate. People who can't take chocolate should try the other ice creams. Today, there was a total 7 different flavors of ice cream - Cookie and Creams, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Coffee, Raspberry and Corn. We are lucky as most of the days they only serve 6 different flavors of ice cream.

We tried all the flavor in small portion. Myself most preferred flavor is cookie and creams and coffee. The coffee has the coffee beans in it which gives out the coffee fragrance; it was also more to the bitter side with a little bit of sweetness. Well, I myself really love ice cream, so it was really awesome! However, these are just ice cream you can found anywhere, but not free flow that is!

Another thing that is you can help yourself to the condiments over there .

Last but not least, the drinks, variations of soft drinks for example would be root beer, cocacola; their so-called cappuccino was written "home-made white coffee"; and peach tea and lime juice. The lime juice doesn't taste like lime though. The peach tea was normal.
