1. Jamie’s Italian Launches New Menu!
Jamie’s Italian sure knows how to keep the crowd coming. Barely four months old, and Executive Chef Gary Clarke has already launched a new menu featuring 15 tantalising dishes. True to its Italian roots, some of the pasta dishes to try are the Crab Spaghettini and the Spring Pea & Mint Panzerotti. As for Chef’s recommendation, it’s the Grilled Pork Chop, which is Australian meat marinated for 24 hours to lock in the flavour. Desserts are never an afterthought at this restaurant. We heard that the Epic Brownie is really… well, epic and deserves the re-visit.
2. ToTT has a Cookbook and E-Commerce Website
You only celebrate your 3rd anniversary once, so why not make the most out of it? Apparently, that’s what ToTT did when they turned 3 in October 2013. In mid-November, they will launch the Best Brunch Ever cookbook which features 24 recipes from 8 renowned chefs in Singapore. Cuisines range from American, French, Italian, to Japanese among others.

3. The Queen & Mangosteen launches 5th Anniversary Menu
In celebration of their 5th anniversary, gourmet British pub The Queen and Mangosteen launches a new menu featuring fresh and delectable creations. The all-British influenced menu gets an Asian touch here and there with dishes like Chicken Tikka pieces served with Papadum, Pita Bread & Mint Yoghurt. And if it were up to us, we would start the meal with the Truffle Crème Brulee & Seared Scallop with Wild Rocket Leaves and finish it with a royal order of George Alexander Grandma’s Lemon Cream Cake. Yes, it is indeed named after the Prince of Cambridge, the latest well-loved addition to the royal family this Summer.
4. Free Breakfast Burrito on 24th November at Baja Fresh Mexican Grill
Head to Baja Fresh Mexican Grill this Sunday, 24th November from 9am – 12pm, where they’ll be dishing out free breakfast burritos to launch their Mexican Brunch in Singapore. Originally from the United States where it boasts over 27 outlets, the Mexican restaurant has made its way to Singapore, where its flagship store is located at 9 Bras Basah Road #01-03, Rendezvous Gallery.
