From 18 to 30 November, the bakery chain is offering two limited edition flavours– the Pork Sisig and Fish Sisig ($2.50 each). All proceeds from the sale will go to the “Red Cross Haiyan Relief” fund to benefit the victims. 2. The Fullerton Hotel Lights ‘Em Up

On the brighter side of life, Christmas is definitely in the air. And The Fullerton Hotel already has something planned for it. On 27 November (Wednesday) at 7pm, drop by the hotel and witness their lights glow at the same time. It’s definitely a sight to behold. This will be followed by the “Fullerton Chefs for a Cause” Charity Buffet Dinner. Part of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) Needy Patients Fund. The hotel will also be selling the Fullerton Santa Bear, and for every sale made from 27 November and 26 December, $10 will benefit the SGH needy patients. 3. Catch 5 New Dishes at PastaMania

The fourth installment of PastaMania’s “Chefs’ Creations” returns with three new pastas and two new pizzas to the menu for a limited period from now till 31 January 2014. Cooked up by the winners of PastaMania’s Annual Chef Challenge 2013, each of the five new creations carry distinctive flavours to represent various regions and cities of Italy. If you like pesto, you’ll want to try Pasta al pesto Genovese, which brings you true flavours of Genoa – the birthplace of the iconic Italian sauce. For a real Italian pizza, both the Pizza con spinaci and Pizza alle olive in crosta are inspired by the region of Naples, also known as “home of the pizza”. 4.
