Take a break from lobster rolls and savour the succulent crustacean in Sichuan and Cantonese styles at the award-winning Min Jiang. From 12 to 23 November 2014, you’ll be able to enjoy a special menu created by Master Chef Chan Hwan Kee comprising eight a la carte delights using live Boston lobsters. Cooked with caviar, mentaiko-mayo and salted egg yolk The tempting lineup is made up of Chilled angel hair noodles with Boston lobster and black caviar ($25 per person), Deep-fried Boston lobster coated with salted egg yolk ($13 per 100g) and Stewed Boston lobster with ginger and spring onions in X.O. sauce ($13 per 100g). Other dishes highlighting the lobster’s delicate, lean and flavourful meat include a Double-boiled Boston lobster soup ($25 per person), Baked Boston lobster with mentaiko-mayo sauce ($13 for 100g), Deep-fried Boston lobster with creamy lemon sauce ($13 per 100g), Steamed Boston lobster with minced garlic ($13 per 100g) and Stewed spinach noodles with half-shell Boston lobster ($45 per person).
