A popular hang-out for all-day brunch meals, The Missing Pan ups the ante with a revamped menu of restaurant-worthy dinner items.
Introduced just a month ago, the brand new menu brings to table wholesome well-cooked dishes that are influenced by all types of popular cuisine from around the world.
Some menu highlights include:Starters – Chorizo Fiesta ($10++) (pictured above) and Chargrilled Squid ($12++).
Meat lovers will love the Chorizo Fiesta. The gherkins and olives give a nice acidic touch to the saltiness of the chorizo, while the dried chilli gives a hint of non-overpowering heat to finish off.
Mains – Smoked Duck Risotto ($25++) and German Baby Back Ribs ($36++).
Served with a generous stack of fries, the latter is perfect for communal sharing between 2-3 people or just one (if you are game for it). Flame-grilled and glazed with BBQ sauce, this tasty concoction will definitely be a sure-hit with the crowd in time to come.
Desserts – Frozen Honey Nougat ($12++) and Brownie and Thyme Ice Cream ($12++).
This Brownie and Thyme Ice Cream gives an interesting herb-infused twist to the conventional vanilla flavour. Light and refreshing, it balances out well with with the rich chocolate brownie.
