

Sate Udang Java

After having you sate fix, you can have a taste of another popular Indonesian dish--the Confit Sakura Ayam Tuturaga. The meat of this dish is really moist and fragrant due to the French cooking technique used to prepare this dish, which is cooking the meat in its own fat.

Angus Steak Rendang
If this leaves you wanting for more, then we suggest you also order the Angus Steak Redang and the Ikan Bakar Jimbaran. The first dish is perfect for meat lovers as it’s a perfectly grilled tenderloin steak slathered with Javabese Redang Sauce and served with French beans, while the latter features seabass fillet cooked using the sous-vide method. Do note, though, that this may be a bit spicy for the average diners so it’s best eaten with rice.

Sri Kaya Creme Brulee
End your meal with their Sri Kaya Breme Brulee, which is creamy coconut custard flavoured with pandanus and topped with caramelised crust and served with sorbet.
Moluccas Room is a must-try restaurant for people who love Indonesian food, yet prefer it to be served in a more sophisticated way. Budget-wise, it’s also one of the more affordable restaurants at Marina Bay Sands yet they offer their diners a memorable fine-dining experience.
