Dine in a classic red sofa booth and enjoy delicious all-American cuisine with OverEasy’s new menu of elevated diner cuisine and unique American-inspired cocktail drinks. This new menu was created under the leadership of Head Chef Teow Wei Kiat, previously from notable restaurants such as Cafe Iguana and Saint Pierre.
Revamped MenuOverEasy’s new menu aims to serve traditional American diner fare, using fresh and quality ingredients with intricate cooking steps. The Santa Fe Chicken Noodle Soup ($12) is a tasty chicken gumbo with a harmonious combination of unconventional ingredients like sliced avocado and tortilla strips.
For entrees, The Truffle Burger ($28) is a new dish in the menu created to satisfy the ongoing local truffle craze. This juicy Wagyu beef patty is sandwiched between the softest Brioche buns, which balances the dish out perfectly. A generous amount of truffle mayonnaise is slathered on beneath the bun served with a side of their signature fries.
Not a burger person? Try their Mac & Cheeks ($24) instead. Beef cheeks added to their best-selling Mac and Cheese, are steeped in a herb brine for five hours and braised overnight, before being served with the macaroni and gruyere cheese sauce.
For desserts, we recommend going big with chocolate sauce drizzled over their famous Bourbon Donut Holes with Hot Fudge ($12), best eaten while they are still hot from the oven.
Innovative Cocktails
Of course, your meal wouldn't be complete without a tipple or two here. Highlights from their new cocktail menu include drinks such as Breakfast in Bed ($18) and the Kyoho Grape Sour ($16). The former is a concoction of bourbon, creamy Advocat, maple syrup and lemon juice, with a waffle topping the drink off, while the latter is a refreshing drink comprising Nigori Sake, Suntory Kyoho Grape liqueur and fresh lemon juice.
