Breadtalk Vivocity
BreadTalk, Singapore’s homegrown bakery brand, has launched its first global store concept at VivoCity. Over 50 brand new items that were specially developed by its international master chefs have been rolled out islandwide. At the VivoCity outlet, the bakery has introduced their first-ever digital “Hot and Fresh” notification system, which lets customers know when a fresh batch of their favourite products is available in-store.

New Item Highlights

Mala Chicken
Amongst their new creations is a fiery Mala Chicken ($1.70), where Sichuan mala-marinated chicken and mushroom are wrapped in a nutritious wheat germ bun.
Red Bean Queen
For those who cannot take the heat, get the sweet Red Bean Queen ($1.70), which features a red bean and cream cheese filling.
Himalaya Pink Salt Roll
Incorporating a sprinkle of the purest form of salt onto a chewy roll, Breadtalk has come up with The Himalayan Pink Salt Roll ($1.40, 3 for $3.80).
Fraisier Pistachio
On the sweeter side, the newest addition to BreadTalk’s cake shelf is the Fraisier Pistachio ($36), a mix of almond chiffon, strawberry filling and pistachio cream. Another new cake, Genmai Origins ($36), marries an aromatic roasted brown rice chiffon with custard cream and topped with berries.
