For a different Easter Celebration, Novus Restaurant offers you a 4-course set menu which consists of a starter, warm entrée, your choice of main, and dessert. Chef Stephan Zoisl, who is the brains behind the delectable dishes, presents us with a lot of choices for each course.
Starters include the Foie Gras Hot & Cold (foie gras, fig, passion fruit, red veined sorrel) and crowd pleasers like Burrata Cheese (burrata cheese, heirloom tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil. As for the entrée, surely you would enjoy Chef’s White Asparagus (soup vs. tempura).
For the main course, there’s a selection of Lamb Trio and Truffle Linguine (which has a vegetarian option). For the Easter finale, Novus throws in the Chocolate Palette with Raspberry and Tangerine Tango for a sweet ending to a perfect meal.
