Look: Crossroads Cafe's familiar design has been given a new life with its new colour palate, prominent wine fridge, and ambient lighting. Therefore, it gives diners a relaxed yet chic atmosphere. Menu: The newly-revamped menu gives customers a wider selection of premium wines by the glass and draft beers on tap. As for their signature dishes, their “East meets West” concept has produced western and Singaporean classic breakfasts such as Banana Pancakes ($16), Traditional Fried Carrot Cake ($15). Also open for lunch and dinner, the café also has items which include Spinach Caramelised Onion Quiche ($16), Laksa ($22), Escargot Bourguignon ($19) and Steak Frites ($40). Recommendation: Whoever has a sweet tooth should order the Old School English Trifle ($10) which is tipped as the café’s new favourite dessert! Look: Java+ gives a casual vibe with its open layout and natural lighting. Do drop by during the day and admire the textured stone floors and wooden panels. When night hits, it changes into an ideal place where you can relax and enjoy the food and entertainment at the lobby. Menu: There’s more than just coffee at this premium retail deli outlet. You can also buy a selection of premium cured meats, cheeses, pickles and dips. For people on the go, they’re also offering freshly baked breads, sandwiches, salads, etc. Sweet tooths aren’t left out for they have 18 choices of treats which include Black Forest Cake, Cherry Frangine tarts, Fresh Fruit Cream, and other baked goods. Recommendation: Some of their signature items are the Involtine’s and Kaya Chausson.
