Chef Jackson knows exactly how to cook up a storm in the kitchen
Together with his team, Chef Jackson – who's appeared in several cooking/food shows on television – put together an impressive array of appetisers, hot varieties, desserts as well as dishes for the "live" cooking station.
Some of the highlights of the appetiser spread include the Boiled Squid with Kumquat Chutney, Asian Rojak, Drunken Chicken and Rice Salad with Salted Fish and Belachan, fresh seafood like tiger prawns, and a selection of refreshing greens for all you salad fans.

The "live" cooking station’s a real hit with diners
At the very popular "live" cooking station, you can watch Chef Jackson and his team whip up the tastiest classics, such as Lor Mee and Bar Chao Mee, Beef Noodle Soup and the classic Singapore Laksa with yummy condiments of your choice. Those big on sushi and sashimi can help themselves to the delicious Japanese treats as well.
Now, here are some specials you should definitely not miss out on at the "live" cooking station: the Roti Pratas, Oyster Omelette, and Stir-fried Pork Liver with Ginger & Spring Onion.

The chocolate used in the chocolate prata is really rich – something very different from the usual chocolate prata you’d order elsewhere
Enjoy a whole smorgasbord of Roti Pratas, from egg to sardine to chocolate. You can even request for whatever you like if your choice isn't on the menu.

This dish is also affectionately known as olua
A local favourite, the Oyster Omelette is cooked to perfection with fresh oysters that explode with flavour in your mouth.

The delectable sauce adds a real punch to the dish
Liver isn't easy to prepare. It takes many attempts to get it right. Sometimes it turns out overcooked, sometimes it's just too raw. The Stir-fried Pork Liver with Ginger & Spring Onion here is a dish that's cooked just right, tender and soft – it melts in your mouth.
After you devour the dishes from the "live" cooking station, dig in to the hot varieties, which include Trotters in Ginger and Black Vinegar, Stewed Eggplant with Minced Meat and Chilli, and Assam Pedas with Ginger Flower and Laksa Leave, amongst many others.

Steamed Pork Pattie with Salted Fish and Tang Chye

Crispy Soft Shell Crabs with Tobiko Mayo – these dishes are extremely high in demand so grab them quickly!
Also, don't skip out on the Crispy Soft Shell Crabs with Tobiko Mayo, the Braised Sea Cucumber with Roast Pork and Mushrooms, as well as the Steamed Pork Pattie with Salted Fish and Tang Chye, as these are some of the restaurant's well-loved dishes.
Finally, what is a feast without dessert? Choose from the wide variety of all things sweet and of course, traditional, such as Muah Chi, Tau Sar Pia, Chin Chow, Ang Ku Kueh, and many more.
Happy eating and reminiscing!
