
1.Prepare the pancake mix beforehand. Set aside. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until they become foamy.

2.Add the pancake batter to the egg whites. This is done to make the pancakes rise better while cooking.

3.Once you have mixed it well, put the mixture into the pan glazed with butter. Add in the raisins

4.Cook the batter. You will know once the other side is cooked when you see bubbles forming on top. Once the pancake is cooked, place it in a plate and slice.

5.In another pan, caramelise butter and sugar. Once it has melted, add the sliced pancakes and mix well.

6.Put in a plate, put confectioner's sugar, and serve!
