Traces of the stand-up comedian in Bobby's past career is still evident today with his razor-sharp humor and friendly disposition, warming up the group instantly.

The worldly restaurateur who studied economics and finance in London, found himself cooking up a storm all around Asia and this time he is set on taking us with him on his journey to 8 different destinations in Middle East, uncovering ancient recipes on the streets, once again attempting to tease and tempt the taste-buds and hearts of many. Yes, dear Bobby, we'll be interested to learn more about "Middle Eastern" cuisine and the four main influences (Persian, Levantine, Turkish and North African) that it is comprise of.
