(Michelin) Star-studded Menus at The Cliff

Aptly named for the spectacular view on its perch overlooking the South China Sea, award-winning restaurant, The Cliff at The Singapore Resort & Spa Sentosa is giving foodies a good reason to visit in the months ahead. 3 reasons in fact. Every month starting from May to July 2014, Michelin-starred chefs will be lending their culinary flair to restaurant. Each of them will present their signature style and creations in a 6-course dinner menu at The Cliff and also lead one Sunday Champagne Brunch at The Terrace.

Chef Pascal Aussignac - Club Gascon, London, UK. 14 - 17 May 2014 Kicking start the gourmet adventure is Chef Aussignac hailing from the widely acclaimed Club Gascon in the UK. His menu would delve into his South West France origins and feature the best ingredients of the season embellished with his signature cooking style.

Chef Jarad Gallagher - Chez TJ, California, USA 4 - 8 June 2014 Also a culinary artisan well-versed in the French cuisine, Chef Gallagher has kept Chez TJ well above Michelin Star standards for eight years running. Expect some of his signature dishes brought all the way from the US, with traditional French hearty meats thrown into the mix for good measure.

Chef Saul Bolton - Saul, New York City, US 9 - 13 July 2014 Chef Bolton is the creative mind and heart behind his namesake restaurant Saul in New York City. His simple and refreshing approach to new-American cuisine has seen Saul voted as one of the top restaurants in the Big Apple. His stint at The Cliff promises tasty pairings of the most unexpected ingredients.
