A recipe that does all the work while you sleep? Yes, please. We’ve got a simple and healthy breakfast recipe for you and it’s going to make having breakfast on busy mornings so much easier. Prepare everything the night before; spend no more than 5 minutes to throw in toppings the next morning and you’re ready to go!
From fruity to thick chocolatey goodness, you can switch up the toppings to find your favourite flavour combination.
Tip: Add espresso into your oatmeal for your much-needed caffeine fix.Ingredients:
1. Mix rolled oats with liquid of your choice. Ensure that the ratio of oats to liquid is 1:1. We used a combination of natural greek yogurt and milk.
2. Add in any sweetener or dried fruits. Mix well.
3. Store in an airtight jar and let the oats soak overnight.
4. Scoop out the softened oats into cups the next morning.
5. Layer with different toppings. We layered with banana nut crunch cereal, flavoured yogurt, crushed Hello Panda, toffee loops and chia seeds.
