Seafood Paradise Introduces Steamboat Menu

Steamboat lovers should celebrate with Seafood Paradise's new addition to their menu.
If you find yourself near the Changi area on a mundane weekday, why not visit Seafood Paradise located at the Airport’s Terminal 2? Aside from their signature seafood dishes, this popular restaurant now has more to offer with the addition of their a la carte steamboat selection. To begin with, they have prepared five flavourful soups to serve as the base for your steamboat. Choose from the Chinese White Rice ($12.80), Laksa ($5.80), Herbal ($5.80), Superior Broth ($5.80), and Tom Yum (5.80). Whatever you choose, each of them adds its own character which can make your steamboat really enjoyable.
Choose from their special dipping sauce to give your steamboat a kick.
Once you settled with your soup base, you can enhance its flavour with their dipping sauces. They have a selection of 14 condiments such as supreme soy sauce, aged vinegar, fresh chillies, fried garlic, special peanut sauce, and coriander. For something more fun, the restaurant provides an easy recipe you can prepare yourself. One example is the Seafood Paradise Classic Sauce which is just homemade Thai-style chilli sauce with special peanut sauce and coriander.
They have a wide array of ingredients you can choose from.
As for the ingredients for your steamboat, the menu offers an extensive variety of meat, seafood, vegetables, as well as noodles. If you want our recommendation, go ahead and try the live fish and seafood such as Australian Lobsters (seasonal price), Hokkaido Scallops ($15.90/4 pcs), coral trout ($12.50/100g), and sea prawns ($6/100g). Steamboats won’t be the same without meat. And so, they are also offering the premium Wagyu Beef (Marbling MBS 6-9/$19.90/120g), USA Kurobuta sliced pork ($12.80/120g), and handmade pork balls ($5.80/ 6 pcs). Those with bigger appetites can have a side order of the handmade prawn balls ($12.80/6 pcs) and century egg in fish glue ($9.80).
Don't forget to order their signature creamy butter crab.
Even with the addition of the steamboat selection, you can still order their signature favourites such as the Signature Creamy Butter Crab, Crispy Kang Kong with Cuttlefish in Homemade Seafood Sauce, Stir-fried Venus Clams in XO Sauce, and Honey Pepper Pork Ribs.
