Sambal Prawns
This year’s theme for the Singapore Food Festival is seafood, thus the tiffin carrier is packed with various seafood dishes. The sambal prawns are coated with a deliciously aromatic sambal sauce that is slightly spicy –just enough to whet your appetite.

Vegetables and Mushrooms
Vegetables are briefly stir-fried just so that it retains its vivid green colour, freshness and crunch, accompanied by plump juicy mushrooms.

Mussels, Fried Calamari and Fried Fish
The plump juicy mussels will leave you wanting more. The Fried Fish is a tad dry and lacks crispness. The Fried Calamari could be of a bigger portion but are highly addictive.

Rempah Udang
The Rempah Udang, a glutinous rice dessert, stole the show. Wrapped in a banana leave that imparts fragrance to the dessert, the rice is perfectly soft without being mushy; and the sweetness level of the spiced coconut topping is just right.
