I had a friend from Germany coming in to Singapore for the first time so I brought her around for some local delights at Old Airport Road. We ordered pork and chicken satay. The well marinated pork satay is tender and succulent and there is a piece of crispy pork lard alternating in between order of each stick. The chicken which was also well seasoned, unfortunately was tough and dry.
