Full review at http://lepakwithyaops.com/chye-seng-satay-再成猪肉沙爹-traditional-hainanese-style-satayFollow Lepak With Yaops on Instagram and FacebookThe stall claims that their satay are handmade which causes them to be so delicious. Traditionally, pork satay comes with one layer of fatty meat that are slightly charred and melts in the mouth when savored. The mutton satay retains some gamey flavour, which I thought was the key to a flavour-some (means flavourful and awesome) mutton satay! The key to Chye Seng Satay lies in their out-of-this-world satay sauce! What's so special about the Hainanese style is addition of pineapple puree into the peanut sauce to make it more fragrant and at the same time creates a tinge of tangy and sweet taste. The sauce is so sought after that additional bowl will cost $0.5, or was it $1.This is a stall that you wouldn't want to miss when you are here at Old Airport Hawker Centre! Read More

The well marinated pork satay is tender and succulent and there is a piece of crispy pork lard alternating in between order of each stick. The chicken which was also well seasoned, unfortunately was tough and dry. The peanut sauce was creamy thick and nutty but too bad it didn’t have a pineapple in it which some satay stalls provide.
