Just yesterday, I bought two of the dim sum items from Ho Kee Pau. Although it has been around for quite some time, this is my first time buying from them. There are a lot of different dim sum items from steamed to fried items. I bought the steamed char siew bao and a fried beancurd roll. The char siew bao is quite small and the filling is also very little. Although I really enjoyed the sweet and savoury char siew meat, the small portion is quite a disappointment. The fried beancurd roll is also tasty because it is not too oily and the beancurd skin is still crispy. The fillings inside the beancurd roll is minced meat and some bits of prawn.
