Fishhead or Fish bones noodles from 511 Hawker Centre is one of my favourite dishes. The fish is very fresh with no fishy smell. If you order fishbones they are fleshy with plenty of meat. The noodles prepared at this stall will only last till 9am in the morning everyday and they usually close before noon time because the fish noodles are just so good.

Was wondering around looking for something to eat for lunch, feeling hungry, decided to eat a noodle based lunch. There are several types to choose from in this area. Decided to eat hor fun.The hor fun has the nice wok smell and there is a generous serving of sauce. The vegetables was not over cooked and tasted great. The hor fun also has slices of fishball as well as 2 medium size prawns which tasted fresh.
