Al 7th Storey restaurant, you can choose to have either steamboat (that you will most likely be seated outdoor), or ala carte dishes (indoor). Craving for crabs ($6/100gm), we ordered crabs cooked in two different flavours. The bigger crab that weighed 1.4kg is stir-fried with salted egg yolk. The crab is coated with a thin layer of fragrant egg yolk, tastes alright. I personally prefer the crab steamed with ginger and spring onion. The texture of the crab is so different due to steaming, the meat sort of falling apart when you tear it. The ginger and spring onion give a aromatic flavour to the crab. awesome to eat when it is hot! continue reading

Went for their charcoal steamboat and has to sit outside open space, they also have the inside sitting aircon areas.Ordered 3 sets of $16++ steamboat amount to total $48++ but when the raw food arrives, you can count each of us will have 1 piece fishball,1 piece meatball,1 piece sui kow,2 pieces cockles each,2 pieces chicken bits,2 pieces fish fillets and a handful of vegetables and noddles each. It's the most pathetic set meal i ever come across and its total at $48++We also ordered 1 plain chicken rice at $1.50++ -very tasty,1 plate of liver at $6.80++ - colour of liver not bright red,1 shredded chicken sharks fin- tasty but you cant find any sharks fins in it,200 gramms of live prawns at $13.80++,charges 2 adults tea/towel at $4++,total spend $94.70 for the above.I would say the most satisfying is the bowl of tasty chicken rice and live prawns. continue reading
