As we lived within walking distance of this area, my family and i decided to try out the famous yong tau fou stall that we have heard many positive reviews from. as we went there early, there was no queeue, and we got our food pretty quickly.the food however was a big disappointment with the yong tau fou being cold. the crispy wan ton were no longer very crispy and were cold. it looks like they were fried earlier in the day and not reheated at all when served. to make matters worst, there was a

the food however was a big disappointment with the yong tau fou being cold. the crispy wan ton were no longer very crispy and were cold. it looks like they were fried earlier in the day and not reheated at all when served. to make matters worst, there was a rubbish disposal bin several meters from the restaurant, attracting many flies and disturbing our meal constantly.

overall i exp was bad, would not go back there again.

I reached this stall at 7:30pm and we are already their last customer. They served us a 3 paxs share of Yong Tou Fou and we will greeted with a mountain of veggie (Kangkong, lady finger and etc.) Healthy. The gravey is thick with the authetic ampang taste. I personally likes the crispy beancurb dumpling. The environment is old style shop house facing greenery. It's does have a kampong feel though.
