First time trying this stall, tended my 2 young chaps with the mum sitting at the nearest table acting as cashier. Straight forward menu, chicken rice, ayam penyet and roti john. I ordered chicken rice and was prompted for the $3 or $4 version. I certainly did not regret the latter option, with a bigger piece of meat given and not rice. You help yourself to the utensils, chilli and dark sauce. The chicken rice is also served with a bowl of soup with lots of fried onions in it. The chicken rice taste fantastic, more specifically the chicken itself. It tasted freshly prepared and comes with slight crispy texture for the skin. The rice could be more enhanced with flavour though. The dark sauce on the other hand is not quite those suitable for chicken rice. Will certainly want to return and try their Ayam penyet next time.
