Having tried a version of Teochew Fishball Noodle recently, I'm also quite surprised to have slices of Char Siew Meat on my bowl of Ko Ko Mee keeping in mind that even they are classified under Teochew style of Fishball Noodle but there are variations. Noodles are springy and goes well with the chilli sauce. Traditional method of adding fragrance to the dish includes adding of pork lard. Overall, it is said to be a comfortable bowl of noodles to start my day.
