Generally, every stall is packed with long queues and I have decided to go for the Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle. Watching the preparation was a simple enjoyment. Chef has skillfully performed his professionalism and was indeed very focus on every process.

Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle was done with generous mixture of stewed mushrooms, minced meat, beancurd skin and meatballs. A different style from the ususal BCM (Bah Chor Mee) I have. Taste was decent and good but not the best I ever had.

Shrimp dumplings was a let down, mediocre. Though every dumplings was nicely wrapped in the dumpling skins forming a presentable shape, its skin thickness was beyond our expectation. Ratio of the fillings was outdone by its skin, thus the bite focus was more on the skin than the minced meat.

Comparing the soup dishes, my vote will go to the fishball soup of course, for the fishballs were fresh and bouncy. The bite on the smooth surfaces were definitely a winning point compared to the Shrimp dumpling.

I had the bar chor mee at ann mushroom noodles stall located at pasir panjang. The friendly uncle behind the cooking counter hang a smile on his face all the time while doing his cooking. I had the mee pok dry version to dine in and the portion he given is big filled with many ingredients. I like the "al dante-ness" of the mee pok. The ingredients is fresh too.Other than bar chor mee, I heard that their fishball is fresh and "bouncy" too. I shall try that in near future when I visited there agai
